North Eastern Japan was hit by catastrophic earthquake (9.1) and huge (33ft) tsunami on March 11, 2011.
More than 10,000 lives were lost, and many children lost their home, friends and families. For the magnitude of devastation and the wide area of destruction, the recovery effort so far is slow and insufficient, and after more than a half year of the disaster, help has not reached many.
We focus our relief effort in the care of those children at the disaster areas, ones who lost their home, parents and families, those who, for various reasons has not received any recovery aid so far.
YOU CAN HELP!
The famous sumi-e (Japanese traditional ink painting) and Woodblock print artist, Toyokuni Honda initiated the non-government volunteer movement to help those children in need. Those of us here in U.S.A., have had fortune to befriend this wonderful artist, offered to help. This is one of such projects, to create holiday cards of the artist's original design, to convey the message to many, and tie up with the IRS 501(c) 3 NPO organization, Kids Project Japan, to forward the proceeds to rescue funds for the children in need.
Your generous purchase of the cards will directly benefit the recovery effort, and your family and friends will receive such wonderful greeting cards for the season. And your purchase price, less our material cost, would be deductible from Federal and State income tax.
As orders increase, the printing cost will go down, which will boost your deduction (will be reported to you when the accounting is completed).
Your help is deeply appreciated.

The picture on the face of the cards are drawn by the renowned Japanese Sumi-e artist Toyokuni Honda.
He has donated these images specifically for this project, hence we can bring you this wonderful, lively work of art to you at the minimal cost, yet the substantial part of your purchase price (we project 50% or more; more on this, in a later page) will be donated to the cause.
Master Honda's pictures are not only beautiful, but also has the reputation of "bringing in the Good Luck". A lot of people reported of good fortune / improved health / improved conditions since they get his pictures. Rather than calling it anything supernatural, we think viewing of the happy image daily will generally improve your mental attitude, ultimately bringing in an improved situations. Would you like to try the power of Honda picture on yourself, your friends and families? |
